Every aspect of our stay at this resort was wonderful! The room was spacious, giving us plenty of space to move and spread out. We were close to things in the area while not being bothered by traffic and the like. We were on the second floor with gorgeous views. It was worth putting on the sweatshirt in the early morning to enjoy my coffee on the balcony. The concierge recommended a locally owned Italian restaurant for dinner. Perfect recommendation, the food was divine and the service thoughtful and attentive. We will definitely be back. I only hope we can get the same room again!

Great location, close to town but not in the crazy busyness of downtown Sedona. Rooms are large and spacious. Our 1 bdrm deluxe had a nice covered outdoor seating patio and view of the red rocks looking over a lumber yard. Near restaurants. Large pool and hot tub. Only negative was it was a connecting room and the people next door with a baby that cried at 3:00 am most days woke us up. But, the enthusiastic grandmother was louder than the baby as she cooed and talked and laughed trying to quiet the baby. Their front door would open and close, no slam several times. The people had no consideration for quiet times. They also started their day with family at 6:00 am and we could hear their conversations - a loud family. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful. If you are a Wyndham member, sales staff concierge a bit pushy. Avoid if possible.

Another great stay. Unfortunately,our room was next to the pool and the kids were screaming until 10pm all three nights so we couldn't hear the TV without turning it up loud. Next year we'll double check room location but Wyndham is our choice.

We bought into Wyndham at this resort in 2006. We enjoy our timeshare and travel for at least a week 10 months of the year. We enjoyed our recent stay as it was quiet and very roomy and clean

All good except that our place happened to be along the busy road, so it was noisy. Nice to have cookies in the lobby. Large collection of DVDs to choose from. Very friendly staff.

A great place today in Sedona. We had three units all located in the same building. Units are comfortable though a bit outdated. I understand that an update is planned for next year.|Very friendly and helpful staff. Various activities are scheduled throughout the week. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
